Most ongoing managed social media engagements begin with a three-month initial commitment. Renewal and cancellation terms are reviewed clearly before services begin. Project-based and custom services may use different terms.

After full payment, clients own the final approved content created specifically for their account. The Social Desk retains ownership of its internal tools, templates, systems, workflows, and methodologies.
